Portland taught us that food doesn't need to be complicated to be extraordinary. The Willamette Valley, the Oregon coast, the farms within forty miles of this city — they produce ingredients that don't need to be improved. They need to be respected.

Alexis started cooking in Portland kitchens with a single question: what if dinner wasn't something you worried about? What if it just arrived — beautiful, nourishing, and exactly what you needed? Not because an algorithm decided, but because someone who understood food listened to what you loved.

Hearth was born from that question. An intelligence that remembers your allergies, your cravings, your family's preferences. It doesn't replace the chef — it connects you to one. Six dishes each week, sourced locally, cooked with intention, delivered to your door. The vision is to bring this to every city. But Portland will always be where it started.
